Located between the popular sailing villages of Seaview and Bembridge, the Priory Bay Hotel is an elegant Virginia creeper clad country retreat that has been built upon by medieval monks, Tudor farmers and Georgian gentry — a timeless English beauty.

Within the 70-acre estate there stands a medley of beautifully restored and stylishly decorated buildings, and leisure facilities that include a six-hole golf course, tennis courts, croquet, private beach, outdoor swimming pool, woodlands and landscaped gardens, giving the Hotel an aspirational "beach and country club" air to it.

Set within the grounds of a stunning 70 acre estate, adjoining its own spectacular Priory Bay Beach, the hotel showcases hard court tennis courts, a croquet lawn, outdoor swimming pool and, reputedly, the best six-hole golf course in the South of England, The extensive grounds are a haven for wildlife and fauna and for guests wishing to discover Priory Bay's beautiful coastal and woodland walks.
  
Dating back to the 14th Century, this elegant country retreat inhabited by medieval monks, Tudor farmers and Georgian gentry showcases a medley of beautiful period buildings, restored and stylishly redecorated, to create a "country house hotel by the sea". Sitting atop a small valley with spectacular views to the mainland and East Solent, the hotel is located between the popular East Coast villages of Seaview and Bembridge.
 
With seven Principal, nine Standard Rooms and two Family Rooms within the main house, Priory Bay Hotel offers two Tithe Barns (sleeping four adults and two children), while the self-catering houses and cottages provide further accommodation. The hotel and estate can accommodate approximately 100 people.
