The Isle of Wight is the UK’s most southerly island with a unique climate and topography which has always made it one of the UK’s earliest producers of top-quality fruit and vegetables, as well as providing excellent grazing for the sheep and cattle.
The Priory Bay Hotel is proud to offer a diverse range of dining experiences. Whether it's a light snack in the bar, a picnic on the beach, lunch or dinner served in either our Priory Oyster Restaurant or in the intimate surroundings of our Island Room.
Many of our local guests enjoy dropping by to take in the glorious views and extensive grounds, whilst then relaxing in the Drawing Room with a spot of Afternoon Tea.
We pride ourselves on using fresh, local produce "whether farmed, fished or foraged".
