Island Room Restaurant
The Island Room is a gastronomic restaurant serving a tasting menu only.
We forage most of the ingredients ourselves on the Priory Bay estate (herbs, mushrooms, shellfish, vegetables). The rest of the ingredients come from amazing little local farmers, fishermen and producers.
The menu focuses predominately on seafood, local game and woodland produces.
We also offer a wine tasting menu from undiscovered areas and artisan producers, with an option of pairing fruit and vegetable juices.
The Island Room is open Thursday to Saturday, evenings only. Please, pre-book 24h in advance.
The Island Room is the perfect room for intimate private parties. Sitting from 12 - 50, chef will prepare a menu to thrill and excite you. Just call 01983 613146 and ask to speak to James Trevaskis, Restaurant Manager.
